This highly successful business is the fastest growing (outside USA) fast, casual restaurant group in the world.
They have focused their grocery range on long life sauces (at the moment), this is working really well for them to bridge the challenge of deferred buying.

By that I mean, the time between visiting their restaurants. Call it the brand experience gap.

Arguably, this is not only desirable, but an essential channel to any restaurant group.
